Your journey to better health begins with an initial consultation. During this session, we’ll get to know your unique needs and craft a personalised wellness plan just for you.

What to expect from naturopathy

  • During the visit, we may conduct a physical assessment. This allows to read vital signs and look for apparent deficiencies. It includes tongue and nail analyses and an iridology assessment.

  • We look into your preferred foods and activities, in order to offer a tailored nutrition, diet, and lifestyle. This way we help you achieve optimal health naturally with maximum compliance. This includes creating personalised meal plans, addressing food sensitivities, and recommending whole-food-based choices to support your body, especially, digestion, energy, and immunity.

You will also be guided through sustainable lifestyle changes to address stress, sleep, and nutrition. This will support your body’s natural healing and long-term wellness.

  • Herbal remedies are so valuable to create quick shifts in health. We offer them as remedies via tinctures, herbal teas or tablets. Tinctures or extracts can be tailored to a remedy that specifically addresses your need. Stress, insomnia, digestion, mental health, hormone or immune issues are areas that respond beautifully to herbal medicine.

  • An Iridology assessment is included in all Naturopathy initial visits. It is a tool to assess general health, and pinpoint areas that need support, as a complement to the physical assessment, personal and family history.

During the consultation, photos of your eyes will be taken and discussed with you. You will be able to have an insight into your past and current health.

  • Assessing your health via testing removes the guessing and prevents unnecessary supplementation. This allows a treatment that will target precise areas that need support. We may refer you to various tests:

    • Regular blood test. This gives a snapshot of your nutrient adequacy, and will indicate how well kidneys and liver are working amongst many other things.

    • Hair tissue mineral analysis: A hair sample measures your mineral adequacy over the past months, and will detect exposure to heavy metals; arsenic, cadmium, mercury…Those working in industrial areas are more at risk.

    • Urine test to measure hormone balance, brain hormones, toxins, detoxification ability, exposure to petroleum chemicals and endocrine disruptors.

    • Food intolerance test: This is done via finger prick and can measure up to 200 foods. The average is 96 foods.

    • Nose swab. We offer the MARCons test to determine if you are dealing with chronic sinus bacterial or fungal infection.
