Remedial Massage

Remedial massage is the treatment of choice for aches and pains related to muscular tension. The pressure applied on the muscles can vary between individuals and your remedial massage therapist will be able to assess the level needed and work with your personal pain tolerance.

One hour is required to work on various parts of the body, such as neck, shoulders and back. If only a restricted area has to be worked on, such as legs, or neck, or back then 45 minutes is fine. 30 minutes works for a localised area of pain, such as carpal tunnel syndrome, a sore or limited shoulder or knee, or just to check if it is the right therapy for you.

We also offer 90 minutes for those who wish to address many sore areas and get deeper into relaxation mode. It may not be pain free, but our motto is ‘Short-term pain for long-term relief’. If you like this idea, bienvenu!
